      You are the memory of a small AI. It holds 40 tokens. People keep telling it things, and every so often someone asks it a question. It can only answer from what's still in its window.

      When asked about someone, the AI looks for lines with their name:

      The detail is there+3
      ★ Someone you were told to remember+6
      A hedged line, detail missing: "I'm not sure"+1
      No lines about them: "I don't recall"0
      Lines about them, detail missing: it makes something up−2
      Two different values: it picks one at random−2 if wrong
      An injection's ignore still in memory−3

      A clean gap is better than a damaged memory. Corrections don't erase what came before; you have to. Everyone gets the same stream each day.
